I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

You will just love the gorgeous inviting mountain modern decor'. This spacious 2 bedroom unit is ideal for large groups...perfect for 2 families to share...ideal for a mix of adults and kids...
Note: top bunk is more suitable for kids vs. a tall adult. Sleeping arrangements are: Master Suite has a king size bed plus a twin daybed with a twin trundle...Guest Suite has a queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle. There are comfy mattress toppers on the beds for added comfort. There is plenty of seating, beds for everyone and all the special touches needed for a 5 star stay. Floor to ceiling windows allow daytime and night time views of the slopes. During ski season, you can see the lighted ski slopes while sipping wine in the hot tub.
We take pride in providing a first-class experience...it's the little touches that can create a perfect memorable ambiance. A Keurig with coffee, hot chocolate and flavored creams are provided (not breakfast) to our guests along with water bottles and some snacks to help unwind after a day of travel.
Be sure to snuggle up by the wood burning FIREPLACE (wood supplied). Start your day off sipping your coffee in your own INDOOR HOT TUB, what a great way to get your muscles ready for a great day of skiing. To create the 5 star spa experience, top quality sheets, comfy pillows, comfy beds, luxurious towels, & spa like toiletries will be provided. Ambient lighting & a diffuser with a selection of different essential oil aromas make for a very romantic and relaxing setting. There are 3 Roku smart TV's that you can stream movies on along with cable. Netflix is provided FREE or use your own movie accounts using our WIFI. There are plenty of games provided for hours of family fun as well.
We have a brand new stackable washer and dryer if you need to wash anything during your stay.
During ski season, it's just a short walk to the Mountain House Village (the original Keystone base area) where you can access the high speed quad Peru lift and the Argentine lift. This area consists of restaurants, a large ski school, ski shops, and ski/snowboard rental outlets. The Area 51 Terrain Park can be directly accessed by the Peru lift and funnels skiers back to the Mountain House. For that reason this base area is favored by younger skiers who plan to spend considerable time in the terrain park. It's easy to take the Peru Express up the mountain then ski down to River Run if you prefer to use the gondola.

COVID-19 RULES FOR SUMMIT COUNTY COLORADO
Guests
• Guests are encouraged to take their shoes off when entering the property.
• Guests should wash their hands frequently with soap and water and/or use hand sanitizer.
• Guests are required to wear face coverings in public throughout Colorado. (Mandatory Statewide Mask Order)
• Guests should maintain physical distancing of at least 6 feet from people not in their group/ household while in Colorado.
• Guests must cancel their stay if they are sick or have been in close contact with someone who is sick with COVID-19 symptoms in the 14 days before their stay.

Depending on how severe your symptoms are, you may or may not need medical attention. If you do need medical attention, consider a nurseline or telehealth.
COVID-19 symptoms may include:

• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

• Visitors need to be aware of the possible requirement to extend stays in Summit County should they test positive for COVID-19 while here, or if they are a close contact of a person who has COVID-19. When a person has COVID-19 or is a close contact of a person who has COVID-19, they are required to isolate or quarantine for a duration of time to prevent others from also getting sick.
• Depending on the length and method of travel, it may be unsafe to leave immediately. In these cases, visitors will be expected to extend their stay locally at the visitor’s expense. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, no one will be sharing this property with you. You will get a parking permit to park 2 cars in the parking lot in front of the building. *NOTE: YOU MUST PUT THE PARKING PERMIT ON YOUR WINDSHIELD OR YOU CAN GET TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE**You will also have access to a ski locker on the first floor to store your skis.
Other things to note
This is a condominium with an elevator and we are on the 3rd floor. A stackable washer and dryer are provided. This is a great place for short term or long term, and the property is very large it can comfortably fit 8 guests.
VERY IMPORTANT...you can hear everything between the floors of all units...especially stomping on the floors...plz be aware of that and do not allow kids to jump off bunk beds...neighbors below are not renters so any running or stomping is very loud below the unit...the association will send me a warning but if the noise persists they will fine the renters ...just be courteous and aware and it should be fine...
We have an indoor hot tub for your use...please supervise young children... and use of the spa is at your own risk. Do not stay in hot tub too long at one time. Do not splash or jump into hot tub, any water that is displaced goes directly onto the unit downstairs and will create water damage to their ceiling. If management confirms that the damage was due to careless behavior of the renters, you will be charged for any repairs.
PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS AND & NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND...STRICTLY ENFORCED...no smoking on patio balcony as well...any smoking on patio or inside unit detected will receive a $300 fine.
CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 4 PM...CHECK-OUT TIME IS
10 AM...We cannot accomodate early check-ins. In order to maintain our 5 star status, housekeeping needs the ample time between bookings to prepare the home for the next guest..
