Both Minto Builders and architect Mitch Kunik had a great vision when developing Olympia in the early 2000s. Reminiscent of the old-world designs of Palm Beach architect Maurice Fatio. Originally a tree farm, this amazing parcel of land was designed to have over 240 acres of gorgeous winding lakes and numerous wetland preserves scattered throughout the community. You will be in awe as you drive up along the royal palms along Forest Hill Boulevard and enter the dramatic Olympia Entranceway. There is a master association, and 17 separate villages as follows: Bryden Village, Cooper Village, Danforth Village, Easton Village, Hamblin Village, Merriweather Village, Payson Village, Phipps Village, Postley Village, Scribner Village, Shaughnessy Village, Stotesbury Village, Thomson Village, Treaner Village, Waburton Village, Widener Village, & Woodworth Village. Keep in mind that each Village has their own HOA fee in addition to the master association fee. Minto had 4 collections of homes and added numerous floorplans over the years with about 30 floorplans. The 4 collections started approximately at 1800 sq. ft. and went as large as about 5700 sq. ft. The different collections in Olympia were the Magnifico Collection, Splendido Collection, Palazzo Collection and the largest estate homes would be in the Grandezza Collection…reminiscent of Palm Beach Island.
