Olympia
Both Minto Builders and architect Mitch Kunik had a grand vision when developing Olympia in the early 2000s. Inspired by the old-world designs of Palm Beach architect Maurice Fatio, Olympia is nothing short of a masterpiece. Once a tree farm, this incredible parcel of land was transformed into a stunning community with over 240 acres of scenic lakes and numerous wetland preserves thoughtfully woven throughout. Olympia is conveniently located east of State Road 7/441 between Forest Hill Boulevard and Stribling Way, offering four entranceways for easy access no matter where you’re headed. Talk about convenience—living here means everything you need is just around the corner. Across the street is the Wellington Green Mall, surrounded by restaurants, shops, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. You’ll rarely have to drive far because it’s all close by.

VILLA OLYMPIA AWAITS
As you approach Olympia along Forest Hill Boulevard, the dramatic entrance lined with royal palms sets the stage for what lies ahead. Water features and lakes create a serene setting that feels like a tropical escape. Upon entering the gates, Villa Olympia is sure to impress. The Mediterranean-style clubhouse is reminiscent of a 5-star resort, offering a magnificent pool lined with private cabanas, an outdoor hot tub, and an array of amenities. Residents enjoy tennis and pickleball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a large tot lot, and a separate kiddie waterworks area. Inside, there’s a state-of-the-art fitness center and an indoor basketball court. Villa Olympia also provides event spaces, including a great room and patio for personal gatherings.
OLYMPIA REAL ESTATE
Olympia consists of 17 unique villages, each with its own charm: Bryden Village, Cooper Village, Danforth Village, Easton Village, Hamblin Village, Merriweather Village, Payson Village, Phipps Village, Postley Village, Scribner Village, Shaughnessy Village, Stotesbury Village, Thomson Village, Treaner Village, Waburton Village, Widener Village, and Woodworth Village. Each village has its own HOA fee in addition to the master association fee. Minto’s four home collections—Magnifico, Splendido, Palazzo, and Grandezza—offer about 30 floorplans ranging from approximately 1,800 sq. ft. to over 5,700 sq. ft. The Grandezza Collection features the largest estate homes, often compared to the grand architecture of Palm Beach Island. Olympia homes are known for their towering rotundas, dramatic staircases, butler pantries, and his-and-her bathrooms. Many homes feature en-suite bedrooms and unique layouts thanks to the builder’s numerous design options.
Backyard living is a way of life in Olympia, with custom-designed spaces that include high-end pools, summer kitchens, and tiki huts. You’ll find that outdoor entertaining is taken to the next level here.
