Admirals Cove REAL ESTATE
The original land of Admirals Cove was owned by billionaire John D. MacArthur, one of the largest land holders in Florida. Development of Admirals Cove began in 1986 with the visionary mind of real estate developer Ben Frankel. Their design included extensive natural spaces and they added thousands of mangroves along the shores. To this day they have maintained an environmentally friendly environment welcoming many manatees and other fish.
