We were referred to the Wellman team in 2017 by my mom's Country Club when we needed a quick sale after she unfortunately passed away. Linda handled everything; from the cleaning to painting to staging. She had 30 showings in under 3 months and the Wellmans got us close to our asking price. A few years later when we wanted to sell our own Country Club home we again chose the Wellmans and they got us the highest price per sf in our neighborhood. Linda even facilitated a bidding war! I had the pleasure to use the Wellman team for both the purchase and sale of my home so I had the perspective as using them as both a buyer and seller. When I purchased this home two years ago I needed a team who could educate me on the market in order to find the right home for my family. I also needed them to quickly understand my needs/want in order to alleviate looking at potential homes that didn't match our vision. As a seller, I needed to sell my home quickly, at a fair price while also getting advice to have the home "show ready". This advice and knowledge helped my family sell the home on the first day listed on the first showing. I don't believe another team could have accomplished this nor would I have had the trust.
